Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
Generally 100 pieces per colour for embroidered caps and 200 pieces for knit beanies. Please ask for exceptions.

Do you offer free samples?
We provide a free digital mock-up. Physical samples are charged at cost but refunded against your bulk order.

What is the lead time?
5-7 days for sampling, 15-20 days for bulk production after sample approval.

Can you ship door to door?
Yes. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight and DDP door-to-door service.

What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
